Outgoing Email
Buzzeasy allows creating new outbound email conversations to customers.
To help with the phrasing of standard messages, Administrators can create email Templates you can use to communicate with the customer. Find out more about using templates in your email messages.
You might see an automatic agent signature in the outbound email message. As signature layouts are created by an Administrator, they ensure a consistency of appearance.

Create an outbound email task
Go to Lookup mode by clicking the New Task (plus) icon in the Task List at the top and select the Agent Workspace you'd like to work with. You won't be offered a workspace list if there is only one available.
If you'd like to send the email to a customer email address already stored within the customer records in the selected workspace, scroll to or search for the list entry.
Click the Email icon or button for the selected customer. The new outbound email task opens up.
Use the rich text editor and the Buzzeasy email features described in the responding to inbound emails article.
In case you'd like to send the message to a recipient whose email address is not yet stored in the customer database, then chose the Start ad hoc email conversation option from the Plus icon at the bottom right.
Use the rich text editor and the Buzzeasy email features described in the responding to inbound emails article.
Close the email task
Would you opt to close the task, click the X icon at the top right corner of the task panel in the work area.
Perform the wrap-up activities.
