Leave break
You should know how to access, logon and logout of the Buzzeasy Agent application to complete this step.
You can initiate ad-hoc outbound tasks in break state, but you must be in idle state to have inbound voice calls, emails, etc. routed to you.
How to leave break
Navigate to and click the Change status icon that looks like an arrowhead pointing down. It is located next to the Agent Profile at the top right corner of the screen.
A list of options appear below the icon.
Choose the option LEAVE BREAK.
Your agent state changes to idle. You are now able to work with inbound tasks.
The Idle state
A large blue panel occupies the work area, showing you the total time you spend in this state. It is the same timer you also see in the agent profile at the top left of the layout.
The text Waiting for incoming interaction is displayed, meaning the system will now consider you as a potential target for inbound tasks in your queues.
You can also click the REQUEST BREAK button to go to break.
