Logging on

To complete this step you should understand the terms: Agent, Conversation, and the Buzzeasy Agent application.

As an agent, you have been provided with a secure web address or URL through which you access the Buzzeasy Agent application.

Depending on the location of your organization, this is https://agent.buzzeasy.com

For quick access, you should bookmark this address in your internet browser.

1. Navigate to the above Buzzeasy Agent application web address.

2. To log in, use the user account your Administrators assigned to you.

   Buzzeasy uses Microsoft Office 365 credentials to log you in. Your browser software may be set to remember your details from an earlier successful login and automate this step for you.

   The Microsoft License Requirements chapters in the Administrator Guide offers further details regarding your login account.

3. In case your workplace is registered with more than one Buzzeasy Tenant, you will also need to select which of these tenants you will log in to.

4. After a successful login, you will be in break state. In case your supervisors configured it, you can also select which business units you would like to process tasks in.

The on-break screen

Upon login, you are on break. You can initiate ad-hoc outbound tasks, but you need to leave break to work on system offered tasks.
