Request break
Your administrators can configure various Break types specific to your workplace. Request a break through the Change status icon.
Navigate to and click the Change status icon that looks like an arrowhead pointing down. It is located next to the Agent Profile at the top right corner of the screen.
A list of options appear below the icon.
Choose from one of the configured break options.
Your Agent state changes to break. In this state you will not receive tasks but you may initiate outbound voice or email conversations.
A large yellow panel occupies the center work area.
A timer appears at the center of the work area showing the duration you spend in break state.
The CONTINUE IN AUTO MODE button is presented. Clicking it will take you back to the Idle state to work on inbound tasks.
At the bottom of the work area the text LOG OUT appears. This is a shortcut to the logout feature.
