Bots Report
This page displays information about the usage of the various types of bot workflow nodes.
A 'bot segment' is started when a conversation is assigned to a bot step of a workflow. It finishes when the customer participant leaves the bot step. A single customer can interact with multiple bots, as such, a single conversation can be part of multiple bot segments.
Bot Success Rate
The percentage of bot segments that ended with a successful outcome from the perspective of collecting information from the customer.
AVG Bot Duration
The average amount of time spent in a bot workflow node.
SUM Bot Duration
The total amount of time spent in any bot workflow node.
MAX Bot Duration
The most amount of time spent in any bot workflow node.
Bot Outome Rates
The percentages of the three possible outcomes actually measured in each bot.
Outcomes
The percentages of the three possible outcomes aggregated across all filtered bots.
Bot Results
Expandable and collapsable table showing how many interactions ended with each bot's various possible results.
Results per Bot
The cardinal values of the three possible outcomes actually measured in each bot.
