Copilots

Copilot configurations allow you to define bot instructions, add knowledge bases and specify confidence thresholds for AI-driven support in the agent workload.

Create a new Copilot configuration

To create a Copilot, navigate to the Buzzeasy Portal. Find the Copilots menu under the General category.

Click the +Create button. A new configuration panel will appear.

1. Enter a Name.

2. Write bot Instructions to guide the copilot's behavior. Follow our guidelines to get the best possible quality out of the instruction.

3. Select a knowledge base from the dropdown list. This provides the data the copilot will use to generate answers.

4. Set the confidence threshold using the slider. This defines the minimum confidence required for the copilot to respond.

5. Click Create to save your configuration.

Note

Copilot is currently used by features like Live Translation (Next Best Action) to enhance response accuracy and relevance based on your configuration.
