Import Jobs Section

The Import Jobs section follows the Customers section. Here, you'll find a list of all Bulk Imports. Access this section by going to Buzzeasy Portal > Customers > Import Jobs.

Overview of Import Jobs

Import jobs are displayed in chronological order, with a maximum of 100 per page.

Details for each job include:

• Creation Date: When the job was initiated.
• Display Name: Assigned by the person who set up the import job.
• Status: The current progress of the import job.
• Completion Date: When the job was fully processed.
• Creator: A link to the Buzzeasy user who initiated the job.
• Log Download: Option to download a report of the records uploaded and their statuses.

Selecting an entry will show more information, like the specific Business unit involved, the duplicate handling method chosen, and a summary of the records.

States of Customer Records

• Newly Created: The record was added successfully.
• Merged: Occurs if duplicates are found and 'merge' was chosen during setup.
• Replaced: Occurs if duplicates are found and 'replace' was chosen during setup.
• Skipped: Occurs if duplicates are found and 'skip' was chosen during setup.
• Invalid: The uploaded customer data couldn't be formatted for our system. Please review the file.
• Failed: An error occurred on our end. Oops. Please retry while we investigate.

You can download the import job log for a detailed report on the records uploaded.

Purging of old import jobs

Completed import jobs are automatically removed after 90 days.
