    The Attributes Menu

    The Attributes menu provides a visual representation of all existing attributes with the option to manage them.

    Overview

    Attributes are listed alphabetically. Supervisors can quickly see how many workflows and queues these attributes are used in, as well as the number of agents currently assigned to each attribute.

    Clicking an attribute will display the associated queues and agents. Supervisors can remove the attribute from agents, assign new agents, or navigate to the queues where the attribute is assigned to make changes.

    If the attribute is not used in any workflow or queue, the portal will display an orange warning sign. The system can automatically delete unused attributes. If an attribute is no longer needed, simply browse it and remove it from all agents, queues, and workflows.

    Bulk Operations

    Selection mode allows you to select multiple attributes at once and perform bulk operations such as:

    • Change the attribute level
    • Bulk enable/disable
    • Bulk remove
    • Bulk add to new agents

    If a mistake is made, click the reset button at the top to revert changes. Once you click save, the attribute changes are applied to all users in the list.

    Create a new attribute

    You may click the Create Attribute button to start creating a new attribute. An attribute must be assigned to at least an agent, otherwise the system will delete it.
