Buzzeasy administrators manage the Buzzeasy technical environment with the Buzzeasy Administration Portal.

The Buzzeasy Administration Portal's name is often shortened to "Administration portal", or "portal".

You access the portal with an internet browser such as MS Edge or Google Chrome.

How to read the guide

This guide is for administrators, and supervisors with administrative responsibilities. These users will have access to the portal.

You may not have access to every feature described in the guide.

Your access to portal features depends on your role assignment, as a user, in the portal. Refer to roles section of the guide, to learn more about roles.

There are many interdependencies between the entities that you may create and administer in the portal. Each portal user may have a unique level of portal access, so the order of importance for the various topics in the guide, will vary for different portal users.

Refer to specific parts of the guide to learn how to complete an administrative task. Use the links on the left of this page, or the search feature to find the topic you need.
