Agent Apps

The Agent Apps menu allows creating lists of webpages the agent will be able to access and use through the agent application.

When configured, these webpages can be accessed through the profile menu of the agents, when a webpage is accessed, it will be open as a "task" inside the agent application.

Create an agent app

Navigate to the Integration > Agent Apps menu, then click create.

Provide the following details:

• App Id: An easily identifiable ID of the application.
• Display name: Controls the text displayed to the agent for the app.
• Icon URL: Allows configuring an icon URL for the webpage.
• App URL: The URL that should be open when the agent clicks the app in their profile.
