A new Supervisor experience

Prior to May 2022 Buzzeasy supervisory work was completed in the supervisor's view of the Agent application.

We recommend you complete supervisory tasks in the supervisor reports available in the Buzzeasy portal, to get an improved supervisory experience and access to key performance indicators, invaluable to managing your contact center.

This guide details how to work with the new supervisory environment, but also includes a final chapter showing older methods of working.
