The mobile agent is a PWA website that you load in your favorite and compatible mobile web browser application, or launch from your device home screen after you placed it as an app icon. It offers a simplified interface to aid front-line agents on the move, letting them cooperate in central customer engagement work.

Though it is simplified, the functions it provides are fully on par with the native web based agent web application.

Mobile Agent functionalities

The Mobile Agent website offers these features:

• Login using the standard Microsoft authentication flow, exactly the same way it is done on the full agent site. Logoff as well.

• Select Tenant upon login (for multi-tenanted accounts).

• Select Business Unit.

• Go to a selected break state, and exit from break state.

• Take inbound customer calls from the queues of the system. These calls ring your mobile number.
